The Challenge

Premier Living had no existing website to work from. This was a build from nothing. There was no site, no listings infrastructure, and no digital presence for a property management company that needed one to compete and get rentals in front of renters.

What I Did

Discovery & Audit I started from scratch, mapping out what a property management company actually needs from its web presence: live listings, tenant access, and a way to be found in local search.

The Build I designed and built the site from the ground up on WordPress using the Houzez real estate theme, including:

• Integrated AppFolio via the Listings for AppFolio plugin so property listings stay live and synced automatically
• Built out separate, dedicated listing pages alongside the AppFolio integration, giving properties a stronger, more complete presentation than the sync alone would provide
• Built out a location taxonomy so listings are organized and searchable by area
• Cleaned out all demo content and rebuilt the site’s structure and copy from scratch
• Optimized every single page for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, focus keyphrases) — not just the key landing pages
• Configured Google Workspace for the team (6 users)
• Built custom Elementor forms for leads and inquiries
• Wrote custom CSS and fixed mobile responsiveness issues sitewide

The Result

A beautiful, professional, easy-to-navigate website that keeps Premier Living’s rentals booked. What started as nothing has become a fully functioning digital presence.
